TecnoTrust
TecnoTrust is a company, founded in 2019 by a team of professionals with important experience in the medical sector, so much so as to be included in the “Italy of Innovators” program since 2009 and to be awarded the “Le Trophée de l’Innovation” award on the occasion of Les Salons de la Santé et de l’Autonomie in Paris in 2013.
TecnoTrust operates in the production and wholesale sector of machinery for the hospital, health and parasanitary market, as well as medical devices dedicated to the catheterization and urination sector, focusing research on the prevention of infections and contamination in Healthcare Facilities and on the safety of healthcare personnel.
The strong motivation for innovation
The important motivation for the innovation of the TecnoTrust Promoters supported by a group of highly qualified technicians, has led in the past to important results in partnerships in the healthcare sector such as Bayer AG and distributors such as Alliance Boots and, recently, to the development of a develop about 10 patents in the prototyping and commercial development phase.
Innovation as a contribution to a circular economy
Recently Tecnotrust has also developed a project for the recycling and recovery of medical devices used by health authorities and hospitals, and has joined the Italian platform of actors for the circular economy (ICESP), the platform promoted by ENEA as a specular initiative and integrated with ECESP, the European Platform for the Circular Economy, with the aim of spreading knowledge of the circular economy, mapping good circular economy practices and promoting multi-stakeholder dialogue.
